Author Guideline

Paper Submission

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.doc, .rft, .ps, .pdf) will be accepted via
online submission system or via email. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the ETP journals should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the ETP template and are subject to both review and editing.

Submitted papers are assumed to contain no proprietary material unprotected by patent or patent application; responsibility for technical content and for protection of proprietary material rests solely with the author(s) and their organizations and is not the responsibility of  Editorial Staff. The main author is responsible for ensuring that the article has been seen and approved by all the other authors. It is the responsibility of the author to obtain all necessary copyright release permissions for the use of any copyrighted materials in the manuscript prior to the submission.

License and Copyright

For Articles published in ETP journals, copyright will be retained by the authors. Articles are published under an open access Creative Commons attribution-noncommerical license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), in which authors retain the copyright, and articles to be read and shared online under the following conditions:
• Attribution – You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
• NonCommercial – You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
• NoDerivatives – If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.

Reproducing Published Material from Other Publishers

It is necessary to obtain copyright permission to reproduce any published material (figures, schemes, tables, or any extract of a text) which does not fall into the public domain, or for which they do not hold the copyright.

If your article makes use of any previously published material, then permission should be requested by the authors from the copyright holder, or the author or their employer (if the work is unpublished). Some publishers will also require that you seek the permission of the original author (you will need to check the terms of the publisher’s permission).

In order to avoid unnecessary delays in the publication process, you should start obtaining permissions as early as possible. The copyright holder may give you instructions on the form of acknowledgment to be followed; otherwise follow the style: "Reproduced with permission from [author], [book/journal title]; published by [publisher], [year]." at the end of the caption of the Table, Figure or Scheme.

About Paper Review

All published journal papers are refereed by the international competent researchers and scientists. Therefore, a full double - blind international refereeing process is used in which:
Papers are sent to reviewers for their peer review process.
The reviewers' recommendations determine whether a paper will be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject to resubmission with significant changes / rejected.

For papers which require changes, the same reviewers will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable.

All papers are refereed, and the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to refuse any typescript, whether on invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications before publication.
